Players and Roles, 13:34

Playing the Long Game, 7:31

Litigation is a process that usually takes years to resolve. Even if you have co-defendants and feel like you didn’t have much to do with what took place medically, it’s unusual to be dismissed early on. Even if you think this should end tomorrow, the lawyers don’t—and it will take the discovery process, and usually depositions, for them to make any decisions. They see no advantage early on in dismissing anyone. This can be a source of real frustration if your expectation is different.
