We will work as a project team on the placeholder messaging here. It can be something like an intro and the videos describing the specific roles. We agreed that priority-wise, these videos are OK for now, but will eventually use new people. 

We will also figure out what, if anything, we can do about the Support page showing just Claims people or creating one that can. Not sure about that. That is the button to the right. (bonus if so)
