Medical malpractice defense and clinical experts will share their insights to help you improve your documentation. This livestreamed activity will be a discussion utilizing case examples to identify strengths and gaps in documentation and discuss how that impacted defense of a malpractice case. The presenters will provide practical takeaways that the learner can implement to strengthen their clinical documentation, which will improve patient care and engagement and support the clinician if named in a medical malpractice case. The learner will also gain insights into the medical malpractice process. There will be time for discussion to allow all participants to ask specific questions and learn from our experts.
