Save the date for this live-streamed activity, where you will hear from CRICO experts who analyzed malpractice data to learn how documentation can help or hinder the defense of a medical malpractice case. The goal of this activity is to provide physicians, nurses, and all learners, with the knowledge about documentation pitfalls and strengths identified through analysis of malpractice cases. You will hear expert point of views about malpractice risks with recommendations for sound medicolegal documentation. There will be time for questions.
