Patient Safety Is...

Each year, National Patient Safety Foundation sponsors Patient Safety Awareness Week. While patient safety is on the forefront of our minds everyday, it is helpful to have a week in which we can pause for education and inspiration about patient safety.

This year, we took the opportunity to ask some of our colleagues in the Harvard medical community what patient safety means to them. We were inspired by their responses and have compiled some of them in the video below.
