Sara Elmendorf is a Program Administrator in Patient Safety. Ms. Elmendorf comes to us from Tufts Medical Center where she worked as a Patient Transition Facilitator. She graduated from University of New Hampshire in 2021 and has previous experience working at both Frisbie Memorial Hospital and Azara Healthcare.
