Bessie Manley Szum RN, MPA/HA, NE-BC, is the interim VP of Patient Safety for CRICO. Bessie has a wealth of clinical and patient safety expertise. In her role, Bessie and her team are responsible for partnering with the Harvard medical institutions and their affiliate’s to provide analytical and educational services, which promote safety initiatives that mitigate risk to enhance patient and staff safety in all environments of care.
