Greg Fowks is a Senior Program Manager and is responsible for the CRICO Project Management Office (PMO). Greg is responsible for defining, developing and improving the process and standards that support project and project management methodologies, in addition to supporting the Project Portfolio. Greg is a seasoned project and program manager with 25+ years of IT Management experience in a variety of industries.
Before joining CRICO, Greg worked for Philips Healthcare where he established a Program Management Office and led the delivery of life-critical programs. Prior to that, Greg worked in the Staples Corporate offices where he performed development and program management targeted at Staples international eCommerce marketplace.
