Carol Kelly is a Corporate Counsel at CRICO. Carol has extensive civil trial and appellate experience, with a concentration on insurance coverage, unfair claims practices, and medical malpractice claims. Prior to CRICO, Carol was a founding partner at Murray, Kelly & Bertrand, P.C. She currently serves as Bar Examiner for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners and is an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Law School, where she teaches Medical Malpractice Law.
Carol earned a JD from Suffolk University Law School, where she graduated cum laude and was Note Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review. Prior to that, she earned an AB in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
