Sue Murray, is Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for the effective operation of benefits, compensation, policy administration, and employee relations.
Before coming to CRICO, Sue served as Senior Director, HR Effectiveness at UMASS Medical School with responsibility for HR strategy, key strategic initiatives and business unit satisfaction. During her tenure at UMass Medical School, Sue also served as Associate Director of HR for Commonwealth Medicine (the consulting, research and revenue-generating arm of UMass Medical School), focused on supporting the enterprise and improving customer experience. Her prior roles include managing compensation for Monster Worldwide and consulting roles at Stratus Technologies, The Wilson Group, and Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson).
Sue was elected to the BID-Needham Board of Advisors in 2013 and currently sits on the Compensation Committee. She is also a member and past Board Member and Membership Chair of the New England Compensation Consortium (NECC).
Sue received a BA with honors from Vassar College, and an MBA from the Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management.
