Nicholas Tella is an Assistant Corporate Counsel at CRICO, working for the Legal department. Prior to joining CRICO, Nicholas worked for Blue Sky Towers, LLC, where he was Associate Counsel. He has corporate law experience in the following areas: contracts, corporate governance, privacy, employment, and mergers and acquisitions.
Nicholas has a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he was Notes Editor for IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property. Nicholas also received his B.S. from Johnson & Wales University and will also be pursuing a part-time MBA from Boston University in the fall of 2022.
