GET YOUR IDEAS HEARD AND HEEDED
CRICO/RMF constantly works to identify or support the development of practical patient safety interventions. But generating a good patient safety idea is only half the battle—if you cannot get your idea funded, operationalized and adopted, then no one actually benefits.
Why do some physicians see their ideas succeed while others fall short of the goal? What makes a good project, what constitutes a successful project team, and (honestly) what can be measured? Join us June 14-16 to explore the answers to those questions and your specific concerns.
Physicians (and others) who attend the CRICO/RMF Strategies 2009 Annual Patient Safety Summit will have an opportunity to share their personal or team successes and their frustrations. Our faculty—and your fellow attendees—will help you sharpen your skills, and bring home data and tools that can enhance your ability to turn smart patient safety ideas into adopted risk reducing solutions.
Who Should Attend
Registration for the CRICO/RMF Strategies 2009 Annual Patient Safety Summit is open to physicians, nurses, and non-clinician patient safety administrators and enthusiasts insured by CRICO or affiliated with RMF Strategies.
We strongly encourage attendance by physicians who:
- see and treat patients in a less-than-perfectly-safe environment,
- worry that those risks make them vulnerable to malpractice liability,
- have practical ideas for reducing those vexing patient safety risks,
- have seen efforts to get good ideas off the drawing board hampered by the devil in the details, or
- who have developed and implemented an improvement project, only to see it underutilized or abandoned.
This program is offered free of charge.
