Richard Corder is the Assistant Vice President, Business Development for CRICO Strategies. In this role, Mr. Corder oversees all product development, sales, and strategic alliances for this externally focused division of CRICO. Additionally, Mr. Corder is the executive responsible for the proprietary Team Training Program; Team Performance Plus (TPP), which is run in association with clinical staff from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Immediately prior to joining Strategies in 2011, Mr. Corder held the position of Senior Director of Service Excellence at Massachusetts General Hospital, where responsibilities included culture shepherding, the strategic oversight of program design, project prioritization and execution, staff recruitment, and the design of training and mentoring programs.
