 Effective Practice
Medication reconciliation system for patients. Printout from the EMR of each patient's medication and allergy list is generated the day prior to the appointment. The patient reviews and updates any changes. Provider reviews the printout and either updates the EMR or a part time pharmacist updates the screen in the EMR.
