This program was a free educational benefit for members of the CRICO/RMF Strategies community.
We made great strides in building our community of peers, as more than 200 health care professionals, representing a cross-section of members from the Harvard medical community and RMF Strategies clients, gathered in Cambridge. An exploration of the topic: "What Works: Reducing Diagnostic Error", provided lively, interactive discussion and practical solutions for attendees.
One of our featured presenters, Dr. Jerome Groopman, spoke on the topic, "How Doctors Think."
